Please provide the square footage of the deck on the site plan and the maximum height to the decking from grade.
Per the Hillside Overlay requirements, please provide an LOD (Limit of Disturbance) fence drawn on the site plan that encompasses work area, material location, and access points. This will need to be a high visibility fence of at least 4' tall on the site. Contact Trebor.Brown@coloradosprings.gov for an inspection once you have the permit issued and the fence is up.
