Changes are limited to window location and number of windows, and minor changes to facade finishes and locations. No changes were observed to allowable height or roof lines. For ADA compliance, all driveways must be a minimum of 20' from the garage face to the back of sidewalk. "Stepped" elevations in the construction set were crossed out as no matching elevations are in the approved development set and or labeled as such.
